Hey Haruzo. I like the replay. If you could submit any multi-player replays that would be great (Assuming you still have the replays from your previous account).
I like that you are honest with the forum activity. If I had to say anything about that it would be try and improve on that. I used to be like that. Hated the forums, couldn't figure them out, but with some encouragement I started to really enjoy posting. ;)
My vote at the moment is neutral as I would like to see what you are like in-game.

Firstly, nice to meet you cliff1020, and thanks for applying.
Mods: You seem to play quite a lot of mods which is nice, but I don't see any aikido/ABD which is worrying. That needs to kinda be your primary mod.
Forum : This needs to be better as we organise events/get-togethers on the forum. We are nice people and enjoy talking to each other on there. You will also get informed of things happening, like members going on holiday or you can even let everyone know you are online and want to play for all I care, we need to start communicating more on the forums and that would be a great help if you were to get accepted.
In-game: This is brilliant, exactly what we are looking for. Nothing wrong with this.
Clans: You have been in a lot of clans and that isn't a good thing. the fact that you have jumped form lots of clans in your time means that you "could" move from our clan. And that is something we wouldn't want, would we? ;)
Art: That is a fantastic drawing! You should be proud! We have one artist in our clan that I know about and he is VERY good. So you do have some competition. But we could really do with another artist in the clan.
Replay's: You seem to like single-player quite a bit which is good. And I think by your multi-player replay you are quite good at that as well. We could do with that. The fluidity and realism could do with some work, but that comes with time, practise, and a few beers. ;)
All-in-all, I think you sound like a respectable, and all round great person to play with and it would be a pleasure to have you play with us. My vote is a yes. But I would like to see you in-game myself and have a few games with you to see waht you are like.
