Wow, you're looking for some really shitty ass movies.
Without comedic relief, that is Drama/Romance, without Action, Violence, or the harsh use of words. Dude, go watch some really, really, boring 50s, 40s movies. The ones that have almost nothing going on in them, only slight vulgarity, some violence.
Or do you want the pointless Independent Films that aren't even worth watching that almost have no conflict, dialogue, and no clear point to the story. Just a bunch of scenes and images that makes sense with each other too a point, but is still unable to drag the waste of film out of hell.
