Discord Moderators.
Countless times, I see people going into the support Discord with questions and getting them answered takes a really long time. I understand you moderators have your own lives, you don't get payed so some questions don't get answered.

My suggestion is creating a moderator team that deals with discord problems. Pretty much server sits for a set amount of time before shift changes and another person sits. This allows all questions to be answered in a reasonable amount of time.

I feel that during certain times, you head to discord and you see all these people online but none of them help you out with what ever it is you are in #support for.

Example: Minutes before this post I head into support to ask a question about the Update. I ask my question and literally no one answers me. This was 21 minutes ago and no one has been able to help me.

It is times like these where if someone was on discord shift, they would be able to help me with my problem quickly and there is no problems.

Now, I don't mean to sit and watch the discord the whole time but be more aware of what is happening with in that server. So people don't have to wait 30 mins for a fix to a problem that could prove simple.
I feel that if you wait like an hour you will get a response at some point, and there is no need to get a response any faster. If you needed something desperately I feel you would have gone to get the help sooner knowing you would soon need it. I don't feel it takes that long to get a response. Waiting for an hour or two really isn't that long. It's much faster than pming people om the forums. I do not feel this is necessary personally. You don't even always need a staff member for help. I'm fact most problems I find don't need a staff member, I spend a long of time there.

Technically anyone that has the "Toribash Staff" role is a Discord Moderator.
More specifically Help Squad members monitor and help in #support, answer any questions they can if they can at the time.

Now, I don't mean to sit and watch the discord the whole time but be more aware of what is happening with in that server. So people don't have to wait 30 mins for a fix to a problem that could prove simple.

If the problem is simple then the person with that problem could figure it out on their own no issue, if you're having problems with updates you will most likely be told to "Verify Integrity of Game Files" if you own the Steam version.
For standalone issues with recent updates you might be told to just delete the game and download it again to regain/fix files.

Help Squad (and a couple of helpful members) already monitor and help how they can, needing a dedicated set of moderators is redundant as all staff are basically moderators.
As MrMiyagy said

Just having a little patience can pay off, or simply trying to fix it yourself works too sometimes.
This is primarily Help Squad's job. That being said, no one is going to watch the #support channel and wait for a question to pop up. If it's imperative that you receive a reply, shoot a PM or @ a member that seems to be available (typing in other chats and such).
