Download replays? you mean from the Replay section right? Well, click on download, navigate to your toribash folder in C;\ or whereever u installed it, then into replays and save there. Open up toribash and go to replays and you can watch it there.
Or if its an ingame replay that someone did, press the 'F' key, name it and save.

You see an attachment below?
Click on it, there shall be a box asking you if you want to "open" or "save" it.
Most of the time, I open them.
The replay file will then be downloaded and will go in to your temporary folder.
