I don't know what is going on. I earnt it. I'm rank 1337. It should be the same as my ingame rank on the achievement thing.

If you actually read all of the replies, you would know that your in game rank is not the rank required for the achievement.

There was belt rank and gamer card before actual ranking, and belt rank has remained in gamer card idk
