Does shadow force bypass substitute ? Also, it's a 2 turn move, that let's me substitute+double team which will make it fail (a lot)

Gotta notice too: if an evasion ninjask is at low health, I'll baton pass it for an identical one (3 double team, 3 swords dance+x scissor)
