Download an irc client like mirc, then go to the toribash irc channel which is irc.toribash.com.

Irc stands for internet relay chat. Theres a thread about this somewhere. Use the search button to find it.

Well, you can use many clients to get onto irc. I would suggest using mIRC, since its probably one of the easiest and most used. (Download link can be found here.)
