He never agreed to send the 100k.
He just proposed an offer, however he didn't say "deal" or confirmation of any kind.
You got no ground here, bud.

If he tries to sell the art, notify a msquid staff member.
I also recommend that you use tb forums or in-game chat in the future to make deals, you are more likely to get support via those, as steam isn't directly associated with TB.
