Karstnator nailed it. Another tip is to try to keep atleast 2 points whether it be your arm or leg or both legs etc... Also another tip I'd recommend is never commit to 2 grabs that'll leave you hopeless if you become close to the ground due to close-to-no use of your arms. All things aside though I'd recommend sticking to what karstnator said since there's more control on your legs than arms (in some cases)
