i have the file and all but i cant open it and I've tried to use many programs and such but no sha-bam ill pay 1k if some one transfers it into head tex form

You don't "convert" the file as such. I'll give you a tutorial on what to do:
- Download WinRAR (Google it)
- Double-click on the file
- Click on "Extract"
- Pick somewhere to extract to
Done. If you're on a Mac, use something like StuffIt.

I would take out the files and give them to you, but they seem to be password encrypted.

Woa there. Dont over react. He was just amazed that someone could not do a fairly average task. But I have seen many more ZIP files than RAR files, so I can see why you may not have know what to do with it.
