hold left shoulder
hold right shoulder
contract left pec
extend right pec
right rotate chest
contract left hip
contract right hip

extend right hip
extend right ankle
left rotate chest
contract abs
hold right pec
extend left pec
extend right glute
extend left wrist
extend left elbow
---50 frames---
END OF MOVE
