I paid for a reg key, i got it, i entereed it in, waited a couple days, now it says im registered, but i still havent received my head texture slot to upload my own head texture, it says they give me a complimentary one for registering, why havent i received it?

at the store how do i purchase a head texture cause i hve made a head and i go to the shop and it wont let me but textures only keys....WHERE DO I PURCHASE HEAD TEXTURES?!!?
