How do you grab/sticky/gripy/ the hands?
How do you do it? i dont understand i tried extending and the move didint look like it should,then itried contractin and it didint look like it should so coul anybody explain me?please?

There's 2 ways.

1. Press left mousebutton on the square that is attached to your wrist.
2. Hold the pointer over the wristjoint and press L on the keyboard.
