Landings
I need help with two things. One is jumping and the other is landing. I want to know how to jump in the middle of a run and the other is how to land on your feet and continue running. I also want to know how to roll if you land on your head/neck.
Im not the best at these but heres how it goes in general
To jump
Contract or relax kness and bring your legs under your self
Being on your toes instead of flat foot will help you jump higher
Landing
You need to make sure you dont off balance when you launch
So landing needs a good launch
And in mid air you can gain spin by tucking your limbs and neck
And you can open your body wide and long to slow down spin
You can't fight change. You can't fight nature.
I do this and i know:

For jumping:
  • You have to be in a stance to jump so like a contacted leg touching the ground
  • Dont give yourself too much momentum or you will spin out of control (unless you want to do a double flip or something) Don't give yourself too little momentum or you will bang on your head (Again, if you want to roll, do that)
For in the Air:
  • Control yourself in the air, if you are a bit slow, swing your arms to give yourself a good swing
For landing:
  • Give your self a large area so the most of the momentum is interrupted (stopped) so you don't wiggle over
  • Try to keep your legs away from each other. Legs that are closer together makes it harder to stop it
