The ref pic is nice and can have alot of variation....but its too early of a wip to give cnc...

I will just advise u to check the mapping once, cuz it gets messed up with these kinds of heads

ik that mapping is confusing. i'm still learning on how to make head art but i'll soon improve if i continue to make them

I feel like the gray is too light for shading.

Try to make the white space color gray and then use dark and light shades. Thats what I did for my robot head that almost looks like one of vitiek's cool robo heads :^)

After I make my robot heads in grayscale, I play with the colors to make it cash : )
