The back is nice, though there is not really an expression or a face.
It looks a bit unfinished to me. But I'm no professional :P
It's clean, not too overloaded.
I'd say it is a good basis for something with more expression/intensity.

i like the idea . ingame , the junction between side and back need more work . the contrast with the dark and the white is too strong i think . for the face i like the idea but , humm something need to be fix . circular eyes will be good , but like kyat say , i found something not finished .
