I'm still looking forward to know if it's possible to buy VIP/Toriprime/boosters through steam. If there's a way to, I'd like to know how. If there isn't a way to, at least can I know why hasn't it been implemented yet?

More stuff is going to be available for purchase with Steam Wallet, that may be implemented in the next version. Eventually, everything that can be bought with PayPal will be also available to be bought in Steam.
