Instead of chat filter you can do /ch (chat session name). It's like a private chat.

The thing is, it is easy to just say, ignore it. But if somebody was being racist to you, you would feel like saying something back or punishing them in some way. Racism has been going on for too long.

Also, Orb. You said you disliked racism but you don't like an idea to try and reduce racism? Okay then.

i dislike racism too but really its not a big problem here like i said Ive seen only one report of racism so far that wasn't somebody reporting just to report it or being a baby about it. plus they all end the same with a gm saying something like OK ill give them a verbal warning.
Its just not that big of a problem right now.

Its kind of unfair that Tarlan, Risk, Qubic, imapirate and others had to ban every one of these accounts because of some idiots who thought it would be funny to be racist. This is really the main points of this. To reduce racism and give staff members a bit more of a easier time.

you realize you linked the banning of the rags to riches accounts made by the market squad for the event right? i'm sure there is a very easy way to massban people with certain names, it's probably not done individually. that being said, it does not require massive amounts of effort to do this.

i don't think censoring words on the forum is really necessary, as the posts will just get deleted if they go to far, you don't really see many blatantly racist posts on the forums often (in-game may be another story i don't really know). i think you're trying to make the mods job easier which i suppose is noble of your or something but i don't think it's really necessary to have words or phrases censored. maybe bring back the thing that nigger to melanin-enhanced fellow

The GM staff are volunteers they know what they sighned up for they also knew most of it would be closer to babysiting than moderating if they dont like it they can quit. if it was a real problem it wouldve been taken care of anyways

I'm talking about in-game related things. Racism hardly ever happens on forums.
@mwah that was an accident but don't tell me you missed all the other pages which were bans for racist usernames.

I know 90% of racist reports are of in-game stuff and are usually people being babies or reporting it just to report.
