how do oyu get the items on your toon after you get them from the Torishop? and what is the point of the activating/deactivating

allreat heres how first you go to deactivaded then you well see the items that you but then click activat and that's it

only issues is that they dont appear on my person

type /dl "Name Here"
That should update your guy, right after it downloads the updated files.
