how do you sell items as in give them the item and get money

Just click "edit" button or on the icon of the item you want to sell, type price and click update. But! If your price is higher than torishop price nobody will buy it.

You will have to transfer the item through the torishop and they will have to transfer TC to you.
You can also use "safetrade" or the market, regardless I suggest you read the market rules and all that crap before you try to sell stuff so you don't get infracted or scammed.
