do i get a drop when i get private rank 2, volvo i have so many que pasas

you get xp as you play games and complete missions
then you get a drop when it says 'plus drop' at that rank
you get your first drop at rank 2

none of the new skins are good looking

What do you guys think of the new maps? I played Season on the workshop with a some friends like 3 weeks ago, so I won a few competitive games on Season right as the update came out because everyone sucked at it.
I almost forgot it was CT sided because no one guarded A or knew about vents.
