Well, now safetrade has been implemented, this serves no point. But this was the approach you would take before safetrade was around.

now 4 example i didn't do a scam but someone just edited up a screen shot and reported a file on me!!! then what!!

We still have a transaction history to check, screenshot just provide proof there was a deal. A user has nothing to gain from faking a scam other than attempting to get another user punished for nothing. Besides we're quite good at what we do and can probably see through this.
