Quality changer I fully approve of, the game's been getting increasingly slow as time's gone on.
My thoughts on having a KO should be well known by now - DO EEET NAOW! ^_^
Grip... Yeah, some changes on that would be kinda cool. Grip break would be my #1 want though, followed by being able to flag joints for non-grip like you can with body parts.
Gamma... Umm... Naah, that's normally down to people having their monitor set up badly or driver issues.
Basic menu fall back I like.

That would involve increasing the poly count, thus crippling the game's speed. Besides IMO the polys look cool.
