I wouldn't see anything wrong with giving other people a chance of earning some tc.
If someone asked me first, then made a thread... I'd see that as competition.

Which I consider fun. ClockWork is a great artist, and I've told him that, but I'd still like to give others a chance of making this piece, I think the idea was quite cool as well.
