No. Qi is a measure of experience and shows the number of matches yoi have been in. It shouldnt be allowed to be transferred.

But if you friend want to transfer tc and not have qi to do it,you can transfer your qi and your friend can transfer tc!

You only need to play 20 games to transfer tc. If you cannot do that, there is a bigger problem than not having qi.

Yes but maybe you were banned as a 9th dan (which you worked for) then while banned you reached it again. there for you should be able to combine the qi because you worked for it both...

Banning is a punishment. It wouldn't be a punishment if you got to keep your qi. If you want to think that way, then when an account is banned, all its stuff should be given to an alt of that player.

Qi transferring used to be around, it lead to a lot of account sales just to take yhe qi and transfer it. Since account sales aren't allowed anymore, how do you think most users are gonna try to get qi?

I know it has been around because I've personally had it done to my account and witnessed it happen with many other accounts. Call me a hipocrit all you want, but it isn't a good idea to allow this.

I don't think this is a very good idea, in a way it could be handy but it kinda screws the whole name change thing, why not just make a new acc and transfer the qi?
