Are you opening the zip file with winrar or something similar?
If so, then you just extract it to
C:\ > Games > Toribash 3.(number) > data > mods
|

It's not working for me too. I'm able to download it but when I double click on it it says "the file is corrupted, invalid"
When I extract it with winrar, it only extracts 1 file named the GM mod pack.
It doesn't even tell me the file type. Even if I put it in the mods file it still doesn't work.

I suggest you upload the individual mods next to the zip in the first post cause alot of people are having trouble with this.
