Jump kick his head off!
Yeah, I'm new. I was trying to develop a flash kick, and, well, here's what I got. It took a bit to take his head off. It doesn't complete the flip because of the impact, so if someone could adjust it for me so it does that would be sweet.

Distance: 135
Relax
Lower Shoulders
Contract Elbows & Abs
Space 3x
Contract Ankles
Space 3x
Raise Shoulders
Extend: Hips, Ankles, Abs, Pecs, Elbows, Knees
Space 4x
Contract Knees
Hold Glutes
Space 1x
Hold Knees
Space 1x
Extend Knees
Contract Hips
Contract Ankles
Go!

So his head pops off nicely, but I'd like a clean flip and landing to go with it. What do you think?

Thats a very cool move you got there.
Don't take life too seriously, you never get out of it alive anyways.

(Don't know if bbcode works. >,>)
I've edited the move a bit, though it's not exactly what you wanted, but I still tried.
I think it's attached to this.
