Yeah, I'm new. I was trying to develop a flash kick, and, well, here's what I got. It took a bit to take his head off. It doesn't complete the flip because of the impact, so if someone could adjust it for me so it does that would be sweet.
Contract Elbows & Abs
Extend: Hips, Ankles, Abs, Pecs, Elbows, Knees
So his head pops off nicely, but I'd like a clean flip and landing to go with it. What do you think?
