[Recruiting] Teams.
NEW roles added
Background check checks the following :
- Alts (How many, what's their names, are they still used? If yes when and why?)
- Previous clans/orgs.
- Clan hopping attempts.
- Qi buying (doesn't always make a difference).

Check activity ingame, must have a decent amount of games per week.

Check activity on forum, decent amount of post per week

More lenient on "clan changing/clan hopping" depending on reasoning.
Personality team
- We look at their application
- how they act around other members (like during questioning and such)
- we post any previous encounters with them (like if we've seen them ingame or around the forums in places)
- then we vote either yes or no, and the majority vote gets posted

Check to see if the person knows how to operate the forums well(make threads,sig,avvy)

Search for threads that the applicant may have been active in to view there behavior(orgs,clans,general forum)

Check Post lenghts and information, if people are doing alot of lol wut comments theres a problem.

Have applicant write an about me

Grammar check.

Stalk them ingame.

Tell them what they can do to improve
Ingame Crew
- Have someone test ingame, looking for key things (originality, relax, no clap, no lifts, figths good)
- check there replays (if posted)
- we discuss whether they have potential or not

Minimum of 3 games

Test in all mods the user claims to be good in

Have the applicant complete 1 challenge (testers choice MP or SP)

Applicable mods |Aikido variations|Spars|Ninjutsu|lenshu None other then these.

If someone is denied but still gets in someone must train them through master teague dojo.

Resourcefulness
ask them if they have any skills
proceed to check:
-Tc amount
-Achievements
-Trade history
- wait for them to reply and if they have any skills I look at examples and see if they count.

Check to see if applicant has active or inactive shops

Check applicants market info

have applicant complete a simple challenge

If a Team denies an applicant and they still get in that team must work with the applicant to fix why hes been denied.
- Ask the applicant what ways they can be useful to secret
