If you're asking if you can be a recruit, then yes, just find somebody to sponsor you.

If you mean as a recruiter, also yes, just don't spam recruits. (max 3)

It would be considered clan hopping. You're waiting until you think you have a shot at Secret before leaving your previous clan in order to stay in a group.
The reason this is frowned upon is because it doesn't give us a good impression of your loyalty. How can we be sure you wont just jump ship on a whim?

Well this is how it works. You know how we have a belt req. Well these recruitment events are for us to basically see how people do, and since there's not belt req its an ideal time for less than 2nd dans to impress us. However the recruits have to be nominated by a secret member. You don't have to be below 2nd dan to join. To sum it up its basically a chance to show off and impress the secret leaders if you think you can. Most of the rest is on the main post. Each secret member can recruit/pick 3 people they think can impress the leaders and if the recruits want they can take part. ( I pick you if you want to take part and same goes for laser.)
