but how? even if i deactivate the 128x128 head, it keeps using it. should i ask a staff or something?

Deactivate your 128 head, upload the art on the 512 head and dl/lp yourself ingame, that should work.

Maybe your head is 128x128 (art) cuz then it will have the same quality.

if you can show your texture head here maybe we can understand
