then why do you keep it jsut for admins>?
it will be good if members can search cause threre is alot of things i cant find
and for example the rules says dont post a complian that already been posted
how would i know that this is already posted with out searching maybe this was posted 4 years ago or something

It's actually restricted for people without ToriPrime/VIP (although admins can use this function too). The reason they do this is so the forum runs smoothy and it also adds another thing that would push you toward buying ToriPrime/VIP, which is a large source of income for Nabi.

Also google works just as well as the search function.
