I've been wondering how's the whole IN-Rookie/IN-Elite thing gonna work.
Cos we're gonna get new members, and they'll be IN-Rookies, right?
So how will the system work? Meganerd, Tamer0 and Shicken, since ur the important peeps i now leave this to you ....
And BTW- Will there be other things brought in, like IN-[Insert Title Here]? Or will they go like IN-Rookie, To plain IN member or something .etc.

you will need to have beaten alot of members, and im thinking if you have been in the clan any longer than a month or two, you should qualify
