[Aeon]Time to change!!
Lets get this Clan to the NEXT Level
ok here are some things We WILL change
1. Get this clan Smaller
-So a lower number of Members around 15 to 20
2. Just get high Belt guys 5th dan and up
-just for the rec. everyone who already is in the clan whith a lower clan won't get kicked
ok lets start get this shit done:
I'll clean all the sticky threads
and update some of them
I don't want you guys just to say cool, nice or so
I need you guys act like a next Level Clan now

and that is just one may guys are telling me that evildog is a fail for Aeon.

There are immature kids i think that you made a mistake on recruiting as in evildog jellyninja. those are the main ones i hear about.
I think kicking the inactive people and saying that you may apply again.
Cause the people who were just gone for awhile will come back but the ones that are truely active wont.
I think on setting a 4th dan belt limit with at least a 1 month waiting period before being accepted. I think this is a good idea so that we can see how that person is and if he is the right person.
Note that if needed you can recruit earlyer if you feel the need to.

There is too many people in Aeon, who don't seem active at all.
I don't have to name them, because you know who posts and who doesn't, and i don't mean posting once in a week, i mean posting once in a month.
I think the stickies can be preserved, delete many of the threads that where done, except the ones who are worth to have.
I will do a list of the "active" people and post it here, you should then think about the kick or not.
Evildog and Jelly don't post a lot, and they don't have good rep it seems. You should do what you want.

as for evildog i dont think iv ever seen him in game.
jellyninja has just completely vanished.
the one month waiting period i do not agree with. we dont need a time we need the members decide to be hounest. as for urban... they get some of the best people because they are one of the older and higher rep clans in toribash. no end of rules will change this for us because well ... urban have been around for atleast 2 and a half 3 years

Animal, I know your not English and that English isn't your first language. But if you want to get more higher you gotta make the clan "Official" Board grammatically correct. No small mistake or that might ruin our reputation. And I agree with Ckytoh. Urban is a pro clan and we must not copy them. But we should create our own application format. And remember everyone who has nice applications, are not all good people. So just keep that in mind. We have a nice belt limit, but we need active players and you can't find them easily. So lets change Aeon...and we need more suggestions guys. And I say kick anyone who doesn't post here so often. And make one big thread with all the useless and closed thread. Just like TA.
