Ive been playing tb for a while on and off and realised i wanna get to know a bit more about ABD would like some tips im a greykido player which allows me to play more risky but would be cool to learn some abd ;)

what specifically are you interested in learning about? alot of grey akido knowledge should transfer over. what problems have you encountered? how are you at landing?
