Check other DSC(s), read the rules of making a new clan.
Banner must be in the top of DSC. You don't need to have 2:

[DSC] Custom
...
Fix the grammar... Allyes are spelled wrong it's allies not Allyes
Enemyes are spelled wrong, it's enemies not Enemyes...
