you cant buy pure blood if you dont have much qi
you need 10000 qi(10th dan blackbelt)
if you reach the qi, and you have the tc, you can buy pure blood

for example no qi and only tc.

To create a more depth in the market. also so you can work for you're items. isnt it cool to walk around with Pure showing that you are 10th dan?

There used to be no-qi items tho.

Wearing QI restricted items is for bragging rights.
You can always buy QI. But it won't be as honorable.
There used to be a no-QI items (marketeers), but they shut it down because it wasn't going the way that they had hoped.
There are still packs out there.
The items inside packs require no QI to the person who has the pack.
