I joined Toribash in 2008, and I remember the glitch, where you coulden't take of Textures. Anyways, Most of my textures will come off now, but when I remove the Texture Treail item, it shows the Trail still there. Is there any way to solve this?

Go to your custom folder and delete it.
Then go in game and /dl yourself.

If you dont have your trail activated then it wont show up anymore.
