Guess what? It's already time for the next event!

This time it will be a forum based event.
Your task is to draw a picture that includes:
-a penguin
-a scarf
-shades

The judges are the members of the FET.

We will give out two prices:
5k for the best drawing
2,5k for the funniest drawing

You can use whatever you want to draw.
It can either be digital art or a picture drawn by hand.
