-Hold all
-Right rotating/bending chest/lumbar
-Raise shoulders (THERE YOU GO EVERYONE!)
-Right hand grabby

-Space x 7

-Lowering right shoulder

-Space x 8

-Contract knees

-Space x 4

-Raise right shoulder

Space away and watch your armless opponent get slammed.
