Well here is how I sort of developed my new move XD

Hey ehrm, could someone give me some tips on how to do the helicopter spin? or air flare
or what ever the fuck you call it... Here are a few of my attempts and failing badly, any tips at all is welcomed. xD

What should I do?

1: Throw uke in the air and then making a really good kick.
2: Punch uke and fuck him.
