Also upon further consideration I vote to keep iMOD as a Co-Leader, because he's got a good sense for what's required of a member in terms of attitude and behaviour.
And I changed the ranks to K/Q/J.
Because in the end we're all worth 10, and the more understated it is the better.

My opinion (not that anyone gives a shit) is changing the name and making a new DSC.
Building your reputation back up shouldn't be such a problem since this clan has really amazing members which are both active and reputable.
Also card is a really shitty name for a clan.
An acronym would look more sophisticated and less 10 year old-ish
I was thinking about ban; balance and nomism
Which makes sense because nomism means religious conduct based on law. Banning someone would be nomistic and nomism brings balance to the world.
