Guys how you could see someone as your leader?

for me a leader must be mature, not necessarily be older but know how to act with respect and education, have a certain knowledge about the forum and in game.

should be a guy who spends confidence to members, a smart guy etc...

A leader is someone who can keep his cool under all circumstances and doesnt rage doesnt curse and is active. So he is respected by everybody as he respects them back and ingames he is fun to play with.

I personally would admire him/her. He/She must possess leadership qualities and respect everyone. He/She must also have the power to lead, even under unexpected circumstances.

He/She must also be an upright, honest & trustable.

Lastly, He/She must also know how to handle and organize things well.
