At least in part anyway, it does seem to be an awfully low set of numbers that they are talking about in the article when you compare it to the dick shitting millions of people in America that it would affect (literally all of them) Im surprised that there hasn't been more of a public uproar over it, but whatever, im guessing corporate clout, rather than public opinion has a lot to do with the probable retraction of the bill.
