if you mean how you can buy tc or booster and get promos(you get them when you buy somethin over:
+ paypal,
+ onebip(sms),
+ share-it,
+ cherry credits,whatever possible) then answer is:it depends on your nationality (if you want to buy it over onebip) cuz onebip works only in some countries.if you buy it over paypal,share-it etc.you get promos,too and you can live anywhere.

I have a question for you Gman:
If I want to buy Textures Pack through paypal without account, do I receive the Pack straight away or do they send me the voucher (or something else of this kind) to my home address?
Cos I dont want to f**k (flip) around and wait for flippin' vouchers...
