Would be cool, but atm it is impossible, as there is no way to get like where the head is facing. Maybe with some complicated maths or something, but I dont think anybody would be willing to convert the rotation matrix of the head into a fixed point a bit infront of the head, to get where its facing, as this will be VERY hard to do for something that probably wont be used much.
