For clarification: Any move you can accomplish by clicking on joints is perfectly legal and anyone who claims otherwise is an idiot.
Shovel is a technique which obviously works. People don't like things that work, particularly when they fail to counter it.
If you want to play for fun, go make your room and remove everyone who plays in ways you don't like. Don't try to force your way on the entire community, it'll just make you look like a sore loser who tries to prohibit methods he cannot defeat.
