nose is pretty good, only that it has that blank line, which ruins everything, also I keep thinking the eyes are way too high and too close to each other, and.... his left eye ( HIS left eye ) is a bit odd.

typo, not blank, black, and I don't mean the distorted eye, I mean the normal one is bad shaded

The nose is good.
Try to make the head in this style, with more realistic shadding.
Make this shadding in the eye and will look a lot better.
