delete the forums

State of off topic is fairly decent atm. It's definitely been in worse shape than this.

Actually yeah, it's kinda good, we can post a lot more freely and openly joking than before, without having to take posting as seriously as before.

Wibbles is a place for everybody, the admins to fuck around, the noobs to get trolled in, for the losers like skizz, for the kids, for the powerhungry, for the nations, for me and most importantly... for @sir
