bro, the elf guy has this awkward position. his legs are kind of.....
the "plane" that has "proto -type" written on it is quite random, what i mean is that it should be normal text than getting an image and inserting it to the plane, if your using 3ds max , the "proto - type" text could have more than 10 options for you to choose from.
