My eyes seek reality...
The knee looks like it needs some more kind of overlap, else it looks too fragile.
Pretty nice looking!

Post the mesh please =D

Also, what is the purpose of this? Just for fun, or for... something more?

The knee looks fragile? o.O Are you crazy? ;p
I did that for fun yes... but it looks better than expected, maybe I will continue it.

By "post the mesh" you mean unsmoothed, wireframe renders?

The loose end will be connected to the foot later on.

Indeed, wireframe, lowest subsurf :P

And it looks fragile to me, a shot could easily get in to the joint :3

Shityeah man, love the design.

But just a useability note, that has a pretty long barrel for a weapon with a CQB grip style. Pretty short clip too Actually the stock is kinda weird too.
You could go with a nice big box mag instead, and move the barrel back quite a bit and have a floating grip style or something (if you want to keep the barrel separate that is)

I don't understand the weapon actually, seems to have CQB/Assault/long range characteristics all mixed in :3
